RETURN/REFFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges
New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (with a receipt) for a full refund of the item cost. Any used item returned within 30 days of delivery will be assessed of its condition, and customer will be notified should a refund be approved or denied. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow approximately 30 days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our location. Absolutely no refunds will be allowed outside this 30 day policy.


To return or replace an item, please contact Kabbalah Care at 1 866 821-9299. Replacement will be allowed only for damaged or incorrect items received. Exchange for a different item is not allowed. Replacement will be shipped using the original shipping method selected once the returned item has arrived at our location. Our return address is as follows:

Defective/Damaged Products
All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. To return a defective/damaged product, contact Kabbalah Care at 1 866 821 9299 (outside the US call 424 332-5344 or 424 332-5345) to request a prepaid return label.

Zohar Return
A set of The Zohar in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund (shipping not included) within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the shrink wrap is broken on one volume, the Zohar may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, for a partial refund ($50.00 will be deducted from the original payment). No refund is allowed after 30 days.
