Returns and Exchanges
New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (with a receipt) for a full refund of the item cost. Any used item returned within 30 days of delivery will be assessed of its condition, and customer will be notified should a refund be approved or denied. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow approximately 30 days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our location.
To return or exchange an item, please refer to the packing slip for details, or contact Customer Care at 1 866 821-9299. Replacement items will be shipped within five business days via the original shipping method once the returned item has arrived at our location.
All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. To return a defective/damaged product, please see return instructions on the packing slip for more details, or call Customer Care at 866-821-9299 (outside the US call 310-867-2800) to request a prepaid return label.
A set of The Zohar in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund (shipping not included) within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the shrink wrap is broken on one volume, The Zohar may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, for a partial refund ($50.00 will be deducted from the original payment). No refund will be given for used or opened Zohars that do not qualify for the conditions above.
Digital products are not returnable and no refund will be issued. Digital Products include, e-books, photographs, and all other digital content and/or media.
· EVENTS: For an event with meals like Shabbat, student must cancel 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to get a full refund. For all other events, students must cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled event to get a full refund.
· CLASSES: For courses and seminars Cancellation and Refund policy will vary depending on the duration of the class or course. Please check with the Centre or your class coordinator for the cancellation and refund policy.
